OUR GROUP
Angelou's Angels began in 2019 and serves as a peer-support group for Black Women in the Vancouver area. Monthly meetings include guests speakers on and improved financial literacy. This group also mobilizes its members as volunteers for events that provide resources to low-income families of color, such as food pantries and school supply drives.
MEETING INFORMATION
With in-person meetings, we provide peer support for Black women to connect, build friendships, and share their thoughts openly.
Meetings are held every 4th Thursday of the month.
