Environmental Justice Coalition

WHAT IS EJC?

The Environmental Justice Coalition (EJC) is an initiative supporting Clark County's compliance with state legislation (ES2HB 1181) that mandates the inclusion of a Climate Change Element in the county's Comprehensive Plan by June 30, 2025. This project focuses on ensuring that climate planning and policies address the varied impacts on different communities.

The EJC collaborates with 15 community-based organizations to engage populations most affected by climate change.
