WHAT IS EVICTION PREVENTION
PROGRAM?

Our program provides support to marginalized and BIPOC families, with a priority focus on Black families. OWIES connects families to a one-time rental assistance funds covering 12 months of back rent and past-due utilities. We also assist with security deposits and rental application fees.
For emergency rental assistance, we prioritize clients who have past-due and eviction notices. Please do note that we do not provide assistance for future rent.

Do you need help with getting into more permanent house?
This program is available by referral only. Contact our partner organizations for referrals.
Cannot have a household income the exceeds 50% of the AMI for its size
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be requesting assistance for a residence that is within Vancouver, WA city limits
Must referred by parter organizations
