OWI Education Services is a Black-led, family-operated nonprofit based in Vancouver, Washington, dedicated to expanding equitable access to health, housing, and opportunity.

Through strong, collaborative partnerships, we support women’s health, housing stability, and food sovereignty while using education to equip underrepresented communities with the tools, training, and spaces needed to advocate for a future rooted in equitable opportunities for success and collective well-being.

Clean Bubbles

We aim to collaboratively champion social justice with compassion while supporting marginalized communities affected by poverty and discrimination.

Non-Discrimination Clause:

We provide services without discrimination based on any legally protected status. We also reserve the right to refuse service for legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons, including unsafe, abusive, or disruptive conduct, or violations of our policies.

Our History...

Odyssey World International Education Services (OWIES) was founded in 2006 and established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Spokane, Washington. As a Black-led, family-operated organization, OWIES began with grassroots efforts focused on cultural exchange, community education, and direct support for immigrant, refugee, and underserved families. From its earliest work connecting people to resources, building cross-cultural understanding, and advocating for equity, OWIES has remained rooted in empowering communities through education and service. Now based in Southwest Washington, we continue this mission by uplifting marginalized voices and advancing opportunities that strengthen families and communities.
