Our Group

Angelou's Angels was formed in 2018 as safe and empowering space for Black women to share, support, and uplift one another.  We use the time together to  honor our identities, celebrate our strength, and promote healing in the spirit of sisterhood.

Our Meetings

Angelou's Angels currently has one meeting group.

Those meetings occur in the evening on the 4th Thursday of the following months: Jan-March, May, July-October

We are looking to start a second group and welcome new members.

Meeting Topics are selected by members and the Facilitator with Guest speakers from time to time. Topics always teach a skill and share a resource: from body scrubs making to Boots on-the-ground Dance tutorials, to Self-Care breathing techniques, you are guaranteed to be find a kindred spirit and have fun...and refreshments are always provided.

To join us for the next meeting, sign up and RSVP:
